Gave us a great deal on a new van, just waiting on after sales service to get us the key that we were supposed to get as a spare with our new van (somebody lost it) and a replacement door retainer (magnet) which has fallen off after the first time of using it. 3 stars as the measure of a good dealership is not just the sales experience, but the after sales too. This will change depending on how it is dealt with. UPDATE: The person in the service department forgot to order the replacement magnet and spare key which we never received. It's been two weeks since somebody promised me that they have now been ordered and still no phone call or any update of when we might receive them. I get the feeling I will be chasing them again... So far a very poor after sales experience.

Like the fact of being able to browse, without being pestered. But help on hand when required with expert knowledge of all goods on sale. Can't fault my visit and will be returning soon for more accessories.
